Jacob was timely, affordable, trust worthy and most importantly he went above and beyond with customer service! I woke up to my water heater leaking. It was super old and I guess it had hit its last leg, but of course it was on the morning that my husband was supposed to arrive home from over seas. He had been away for over six months and I wanted to make sure he could have hot water when he was home! I called in and Jacob was super nice and helpful! It was time for a new one and he was able to come replace it that day so that my husband wouldn’t have to come home and deal with it and he could have a hot shower!
