I highly recommend Jacob! He came out over a long weekend to check on my water heater and, despite it being a holiday weekend, he didn’t charge me anything extra just for coming out and taking a look. What really stood out to me was how honest and genuine he was. He took the time to explain everything, gave me his honest recommendation, and never made me feel pressured into anything. In this day and age, finding someone who is truly honest and puts the customer first is rare. Jacob did an excellent job installing my new water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. We needed a second opinion assessment of work recommended by a large plumbing company and a quote for the work. Jacob responded timely (and while on vacation!) and came out within a couple of days (non urgent.) His quote was significantly less and he explained why one of the other company’s recommended services was not actually needed. Hired him do what was needed which was completed at this appointment. Clearly very knowledgeable, provided helpful info about water heaters, and zero upselling! If you have any water heater needs, definitely consider Jacob!

His deep understanding, and the care to which he addressed the nature our particular waterless heating tank, assured us he would deliver on getting our unit fixed. When you come home from vacation to a busted water heater, you want it done right and fast! Jacob did just that! He responded to us immediately, and came and quoted us between his jobs. He replaced our busted water heater the same day, and was more than helpful, and extremely fair priced! Would definitely recommend him and his services, and will absolutely be calling him with any other plumbing issues that come up!I called Trusted Water Systems to replace a hot water heater on 9-8-26. He said he could be at my house late afternoon. I asked if a morning appointment was available for 9-9-26. There was an appointment for 9 -10 a.m Prefect. Jacob showed was polite and very efficient. The job was completed by 11:30. I had texted another company from Chula Vista I was originally going to go with. My understanding they were coming to check the project first, plus they're estimate was $700 over Trusted Water System. He was immediately responsive, fairly priced, and didn't try to upsell me. The boxes with hammer arrestors were sold out locally, and instead of rushing with a standard box, he suggested waiting an extra day to get the right one as that is what he would personally install in his own home. He completed the install cleanly, thoroughly tested everything for leaks, and left the area perfectly prepped for my drywaller the next day.
