Armen Arshakian26 September 2026Was looking to get a water softener for my house and was quoted a price of $6000 from one company. Thought that was a bit high. I contacted Jacob and he quoted me a price of less than half that. Installation was quick and easy. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Lisa Landry15 September 2026I highly recommend Jacob! He came out over a long weekend to check on my water heater and, despite it being a holiday weekend, he didn’t charge me anything extra just for coming out and taking a look. What really stood out to me was how honest and genuine he was. He took the time to explain everything, gave me his honest recommendation, and never made me feel pressured into anything. In this day and age, finding someone who is truly honest and puts the customer first is rare. Jacob did an excellent job installing my new water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I’ve definitely found my plumber for life! If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, professional, and trustworthy, I highly recommend Jacob. Thank you, Jacob,

julies29 August 2026Jacob at Trusted Water Systems was a referral and one we’re grateful for! We needed a second opinion assessment of work recommended by a large plumbing company and a quote for the work. Jacob responded timely (and while on vacation!) and came out within a couple of days (non urgent.) His quote was significantly less and he explained why one of the other company’s recommended services was not actually needed. Hired him do what was needed which was completed at this appointment. Clearly very knowledgeable, provided helpful info about water heaters, and zero upselling! If you have any water heater needs, definitely consider Jacob!

He was prompt, and kept us updated on his arrival status. The water heater was neatly installed with updated piping leading to the water heater itself. He was immediately responsive, fairly priced, and didn't try to upsell me. The boxes with hammer arrestors were sold out locally, and instead of rushing with a standard box, he suggested waiting an extra day to get the right one as that is what he would personally install in his own home. He completed the install cleanly, thoroughly tested everything for leaks, and left the area perfectly prepped for my drywaller the next day. Jacob is awesome! My current water heater (installed by previous homeowner) was leaking and no longer good. Even though it was still covered by warranty, I decided to upgrade to a better brand and Jacob gave me all the details immediately and offer for a great price! Came by the next day and took out the old water heater and installed new one within an hour! Very happy with the job done, will definitely contact for future jobs as well.
